Operational Effectiveness Program – OEP – Tier 1
The OEP focus on the operations of the business. This will include improvements in overall productivity, efficiency, process improvement and task management. The main program will include elements of the Tier 2 programs as well as specific Tier 1 elements.

Through the development, it was determined that as a stand-alone tool, the OTP could benefit an organization by ensuring consistency in the onboarding process.

The SIP was developed to work in conjunction with current marketing programs to ensure that any existing or future programs are designed to develop initiatives for customers.
